STOCK CHECKS: KensElectronics.com advertises stuff that is normally stocked--so if it is on our website, we probably have at least one is in stock. KensElectronics.com does not stock large quantities of obsolete parts.

RETURNS for EXCHANGE or REFUNDS must be within 30 days in New-Saleable condition:
Use ORDER-IT Form for "Return Authorization" then enclose Receipt & printed "Return Authorization E-Mail" with the return.
EXCHANGES made at merchandise value. 25% restocking fee deducted if you want a refund. P & H charges are NOT refundable.
"Special Order" items and Soldered-in parts are NOT RETURNABLE. Pay a repairman if you are unsure about needing parts.

Ken's has hundreds of parts for TV's, VCR's, Car & Home Stereos, Appliances, Lighting & Ceiling Fan Speed Switches, and Factory Machine Controls. (Ken's does not have service information about these products).

MANUALS available: Ken's has about 3000 owners or service manuals & schematics for CB Radios, Ham Radios, Linears, Police Scanners, Phones & Test Equipment on file. Photocopies (when manuals are not available as originals) are $5 for the first page plus $1 per additional page). Relevant information is usually $5 to $20 for AM CB's; we count pages after making copies to fill your order. (SSB CB & HAM RADIO manuals usually are $25 to $40).
